Isca Metal Detecting Club
Isca Metal Detecting Club recently visited the CCA fields. Everyone enjoyed it in spite of the slightly dubious weather!! A lot of coins were found. The vast majority were modern coins - probably a lot lost when the CCA used to have bonfires on the site. The oldest is a "Cartwheel" penny - dating to George III (1797). It isn't in very great condition but, they aren't very often.
